Vice President and Executive Medical Director, Government Programs Strategy and Delivery
As our Vice President and Executive Medical Director for Government Programs Strategy and Delivery, Katherine Dallow, MD, MPH, oversees the successful implementation and delivery of AIM solutions for our health plan clients’ Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members.
A skilled and experienced physician executive and leader, Dr. Dallow’s expertise spans a wide range of areas, including population health, value-based contract management, quality metrics analysis and performance, and medical and pharmacy trend management.
Dr. Dallow has dedicated her career to improving overall quality of care while managing rising costs for payers, employers, and members. As Vice President and Medical Director of Clinical Programs and Strategy at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, she partnered directly with AIM to offer a wide range of our clinical programs to its clients and members. In this role and, previously, as Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Quality at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Dr. Dallow led programs that increased HEDIS measures and Medicare Star Ratings. While Medical Director for Managed Care at Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization, she established a number of evidence-based care, population health, and disease management programs to ensure patients received high-quality, effective care.
Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Dallow is an experienced primary care physician and hospitalist. She attended Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and completed her residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Dallow received her BA from Princeton University, and her Master of Public Health from Harvard University School of Public Health.
