National Medical Director, Rehabilitation and Back Pain Management
As the National Medical Director for the AIM Rehabilitation and Back Pain Management Solutions, Kerrie Reed, MD, is responsible for developing clinical strategy, enhancing provider engagement, and developing growth initiatives.
Dr. Reed brings frontline experience as a musculoskeletal and rehabilitation physician in inpatient and outpatient settings. Board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and sports medicine, she specializes in the nonsurgical management of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Prior to joining AIM, Dr. Reed provided high-quality patient care at Marianjoy Medical Group, Northwestern Memorial Physician’s Group’s Occupational Health Clinic, Chicago Sports and Spine, and Lakeshore Integrative Healthcare, where she continues to maintain a clinical practice.
Dr. Reed is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rush University Medical Center. She remains active with professional associations. She holds a seat on the Board of Governors with the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She also serves as an item writer for the written board examination and as a faculty examiner for the oral board examination with the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Reed received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University and her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio. She completed her residency at Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital at the University of Chicago.
