Senior Vice President of Quality, Integrity, and Learning
Pamela Hursh is the Senior Vice President of Quality, Integrity, and Learning for AIM and myNEXUS. In this role, she works closely with AIM and myNEXUS operations and clinical leaders, providing oversight and supporting end-to-end program integrity for clinical service delivery processes, clinical adherence, and learning development.
Pamela brings more than 35 years of healthcare experience to AIM and myNEXUS, both as an operations executive as well as clinician. Her results-driven approach to managing health plans involves close collaboration with C-suite leaders and physician executives, bringing their vision to reality by building operational infrastructures that are supported by teams of talented and engaged employees.
Before her current role, Pamela served as Chief Clinical Officer for myNEXUS, where she was responsible for all care management services for the company’s two million members. Prior to myNEXUS, she held senior level and executive roles for a number of healthcare organizations, including Lifespark, Univita, and UnitedHealth Group. She began her career as a registered nurse, working in labor and delivery and a Level II neonatal unit.
Pamela earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Cardinal Stritch University, and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas–Opus College of Business.
