Ulysses Lee

General Counsel

Ulysses Lee serves as General Counsel for AIM Specialty Health® (AIM). In this position, Ulysses leads corporate legal operations involving compliance, quality, and accreditation functions. He is also a trusted legal advisor to AIM leadership, providing guidance in matters concerning regulatory health care, contracts, privacy compliance, corporate governance, litigation, government affairs, and health policy experience.

A leader in legal health care issues, Ulysses brings more than two decades of experience to this current position. In his most recent role before joining AIM, he was Senior Associate General Counsel with United Healthcare, where he oversaw legal concerns surrounding operation of the health plan and provided regulatory advice on transactions as well as new product development and services. Prior to this, Ulysses served as the managing partner of a boutique law firm, which specialized in advising health care providers, insurance and pharmacy benefits companies, and small businesses. Before that, he was General Counsel at Benecard Services PBM/National Vision Administrators.

Ulysses received his law degree from Howard University School of Law, Washington, DC. He has a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass media from Rutgers University, Cook College.
